He took the time to walk me through several different design options, was incredibly patient with all my questions and changes, and really made sure we were going to be happy with the final result. Even after construction had already started, I decided I wanted to increase the size of the patio. Justin accommodated the change without any issues and worked with me to make it happen. That level of flexibility and customer service really stood out to me. The finished patio looks absolutely beautiful and has completely transformed our backyard. Absolutely amazing work! They removed a large pile of dirt, cleaned up all the rocks, and even took care of extra work that wasn’t originally expected. They went above and beyond, worked hard, and left the entire area looking clean and beautiful. They were professional, dependable, and paid attention to every detail. I can not say enough for the professionalism, detail, and explanation (video and quote) of everything that was going to be done. I had seen previous work that Justin had done a few blocks away and that was the clincher, he was the one that would extend my patio with pavers. They came right at 8 and got to work! I had rock area replaced with sod, spring clean up and all edge recut and mulched. Friendly and cleaned up great!
